The centrifugal deoiling machine adopt centrifugal principle to get rid of excess oil water drop of fried potato chips adopting centrifugal working principle.

OPERATION INSTRUCTION
1.Install machine on leval ground.
2.Fix the Expansion Screw to the ground,then fix the four legs with cement to ensure the machine is stable during working.
3.Please clean the rotary bucket and outer bucket when firstly useing the machine,put a container to the water outlet.
4.Feeding the material to rotary basket and place evenly,put it into the machine,ensure the locating pin is completely insert then cover lid,set the dewatering time,start the button,the rotary bucket start work,it is automaticly stop when the set time is over.Take out the rotary bucket and take out the material.So the one time dewatering process is finished.
Remarks:The material in rotary bucket should not be too much,the material should take up 1/3 of the bucket,and the material surface must be smooth.
OPERATION OF ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE:
1.Switch on the main power supply ,the power indicator
2..Set the dewating time,the machine can normally work
PRECAUTIONS:
1.The shell should be connected earth wire,there is earthing bolt,and connect residual current circuit-breaker independently.
2.When the machine work,do not open lid or reach hand and do not feed material
3.Cut off power supply when the operater leave.
4.Maintain the machine every month,clean the foreign matter of bucket bottom in time.
