1. Challenges in Supply Chains

On the one hand, retailers and food producers are facing a sharp increase in demand. On the other hand, they are also facing a series of problems of supply chains, from raw materials to production and to distribution. In order to curb the spread of the virus, many cities remain lockdown, which leaves distribution and delivery hindered. Employees working from home and workers not appearing in factories on time, food industries are experiencing severe shortages of labor. Things will get worse if an employee tests positive for coronavirus. The entire team will be quarantined for 14 days. Thus labor-intensive industries are greatly affected. 2. Challenges in International Trade and Domestic Logistics

More than 60 countries have declared a state of emergency so far. With closed borders between nations and domestic lockdown, orders already placed or goods in transit will be affected. Some logistics routes will be re-planned or suspended. Delivery will decline sharply and even fully stop. Moreover, rising labor costs, shortages of raw materials and urgent orders from retail stores are all big challenges to food manufacturers. These challenges are bound to result in prolonged delivery periods or even cancellation of buying vegetable and fruit cleaning machine,bread machine,meat processing machine in advace is necessary.

3. Concerns among workers and food manufacturers about workers being infected

There is no evidence to suggest that COVID-19 is passed on through food or food packages. Regarding food safety, it is not necessary to perform environmental testing of the virus that causes COVID-19 in the food environment. Surface cleaning and disinfection of food production factories make better use of resources than checking if there are viruses.
