The Chicken Smoking Machine consists of a furnace body, a hot cooking system, a circulating air system, a smoking system and an electronic control system.
1) Furnace body:
All components of the inner furnace and profile are food grade SUS304, which is corrosion resistant.
2) Heating system:
The steam heating type has a boiling function, and the furnace is equipped with an automatic steam generating system to directly heat the food. The steam output can be adjusted according to different material processes, and the furnace pressure does not exceed 0.08Mpa.
3) Circulating air system:
The top of the smoking machine is equipped with a two-speed electric fan (1440rmp / 2880rmp), high power and high air volume to ensure a fast and even temperature rise and ensure the quality of smoked materials.
4) Smoke system:
The smoking system is divided into a built-in smoking system and an external smoking system.
The sawdust box is located at the bottom of the smoking machine, the speed reducer drives the stirring part, and the sawdust is regularly sent to the electric heater on the smoking hood, which is controlled by the ignition button on the electric control box.
5) Electronic control system:
The electronic control part of the automatic smoking machine adopts man-machine interface and PLC, which can automatically control and check all processes.
