Industrial Meat Grinder
Working guidelines:
The meat in machine's bucket is pushed through the screw to the pre-cutting plate, and then the rotary extrusion of the screw causes the orifice plate and the blade to start relative movement, thereby completing the meat particles. Different particles can be obtained by replacing the orifice plate assembly.
Advantage:
● Wide range of applications: It can grind fresh and frozen meat without bones, frozen oil and other foods. The frozen meat pieces are directly ground without thawing, which can reduce the loss of nutrients and protein.
●Safety: Parts that come into contact with food are made of SUS304, and the structure design of this machine is easy to disassemble and maintain, in line with food hygiene standards.
● In order to maintain the freshness of the processed meat and extend the shelf life, the grinding process is designed to be short and the temperature is raised.
●The forward and reverse function ensures that the machine has no paper jam. Many optional orifice combinations are available for different meat processing.
